Grate boiled potatoes, carrots and green scallions..
Grate boiled potatoes, carrots and green scallions..
..place in a bowl with broccoli, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup breadcrumbs, olive oil,
salt and pepper and mix them well.
[These are the vegetables I use but feel free to eliminate or substitute with whatever you have on hand]
With hands, make patties and add them on bread crumbs..
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium low
and cook them until the bottoms begin to brown.
I made a kinda veggie burger with pesto basilic, turkey and tomato..
Try it and believe me it's so easy and yummy :)

Thank you so much!
DeleteI'm not using professional cam yet, just a simple Pentax Optio RS 1500, so the photos need a bit of process after the shooting.
