Spinach Pie

[Spanakopita]

...I made my own phyllo dough for the first time
Mix spinach, green onions, fresh parsley and dill (chopped), olive oil, 
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste..
[the greek traditional recipe uses feta and 2 eggs into the mixture]
I freeze the leftover dough for another use..
Bake in a preheated 180 °C (350 degree Fahrenheit) oven until the pita turns a deep golden brown.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

  3. I'm crazy about spinach. And I must say those captures are amazing. It's pretty hard to make a nice food photos, but you did it perfectly :). Now I'm hungry. ;)
