Smoked Pork Chops


 Marinade with aromatic olive oil, fresh lemon thyme and spices.
Add the chops for a minute to the pan [ these step is not necessary] and then cook in preheated oven to 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes..
Sauce: Add mushrooms to the same pan and cook until mushrooms begin to soften.
Add white wine to deglaze and then add the mustard and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until sauce is reduced by about half.

I served 2 medallions with sauce and green salad!
 Now I'm hungry..
