Fried Eggs

..over pita bread

I could call it "mini egg pizza"..
I used a delicious tomato-sauce-appetizer [mix of tomato, eggplant, carrot and herbs] made by a small partnership nearby my hometown.

First version with beans and the second one with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes..

[do not forget the turkey fillet in the middle]

I have nothing more today than a very simple recipe..
I apologize for not blogging often but my exams period has already started and I have hard study because I'm so close to my graduation..
