Tabouleh

Tabouleh is a Levantine Arabic salad.
I think i did't make the traditional recipe, just a variation of it.

The only preparation is to boil the lentils and to soak the bulghur in cold water for 1/2 hour until soft.
(Bulgur is a cereal food made from several different wheat species.
If you can't find it, you can use couscous.)

 Chopped and combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper on top.
I made a marinade for the chichen fillet with paprika, oregano, marjoram, pepper, aromatic olive oil and some other spices.
My bf's idea with the greek yogurt on the top of the fillet was perfect for my dish!

Hope you like it!
